Hypnotherapy

What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that uses focused relaxation and guided imagery to help shift thought, feeling, and behaviour patterns. It works by quieting the conscious mind and accessing the deeper subconscious, where lasting change begins.

In our sessions, we begin with a warm, collaborative conversation about what you’d like to shift or heal. We explore your goals, history, and unique needs, so the approach can be thoughtfully tailored to you.

Hypnotherapy may help with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

  • Sleep difficulties and restlessness

  • Confidence, self-esteem, and inner critic work

  • Releasing habits like smoking or emotional eating

  • Navigating life transitions and stress-related conditions

  • Managing physical symptoms such as IBS or skin flare-ups

  • Enhancing performance in work, sport, or creative pursuits

You are always in control during hypnotherapy. The process honours your inner wisdom and works in partnership with your own intention for change.


For many, it offers a powerful pathway to healing, clarity, and renewal.

EFT Tapping

Sometimes emotions live in the body long after the mind has tried to move on. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping, is a gentle yet powerful somatic tool to help shift stuck emotional energy, calm the nervous system, and create new internal patterns.

Through light tapping on specific acupressure points while speaking affirming, trauma-informed phrases, we help the body process unresolved stress, emotional pain, or limiting beliefs—without needing to relive or re-trigger the past.

In these sessions, you may begin to:

  • Feel calmer and more emotionally regulated

  • Let go of stuck feelings like shame, fear, or anger

  • Build new associations of safety and self-compassion

  • Reduce overwhelm, self-doubt, or inner resistance

EFT is a safe, body-based approach that works beautifully alongside hypnotherapy or as a stand-alone tool for emotional wellbeing.

Your body holds wisdom. This practice helps you listen to it—gently, respectfully, and with care.

Astrology

Astrology can be a deeply validating and insightful part of your healing journey.
If you choose to include this offering, we’ll explore your natal chart—a symbolic map of your inner world—using your:

  • Birth date

  • Exact birth time

  • Birth location

These sessions help uncover core life themes, emotional patterns, and personal cycles. We’ll explore how planetary movements may be influencing your current experience, offering greater clarity and direction.

Astrology is not something I use for prediction I see it as a tool for perspective and self-awareness.

Please note: Astrology sessions are booked separately from therapy-based offerings like hypnotherapy or EFT, and can be used on their own or to complement your ongoing work.
