I teach what I’ve lived and learned — helping you resolve current issues and integrating early life experiences.
My work is rooted in lived experience. I don’t approach healing from a detached place — I know what it means to carry deep trauma and still choose to walk forward each day.
I experienced long-term trauma under the same roof for many years of my childhood. After decades of surviving, holding a business, and trying to make sense of the world, I came to a breaking point. At 50, during the menopause, everything came to the surface — my body demanded a different way. I began intensive trauma therapy in 2018 at a clinic that supported survivors of CSA, and it gave me the ground I needed to begin again.
That healing continues. Flashbacks and nightmares still visit me, and I’ve come to understand how the subconscious mind tries to process pain in layers, even in our dreams. This is part of what draws me to dreamwork, hypnotherapy, and creative healing. I’ve also found that art, voice work, and somatic tools like EFT help me reconnect with myself when the world feels overwhelming.
I trained as a hypnotherapist in 2023, and while I’m still finding my rhythm with client work, I know I have something real to offer. People often tell me my voice helps them feel calm, safe, and seen. I also offer gentle EFT sessions, trauma-informed support, and intuitive guidance that weaves in astrology and self-inquiry.
I currently work one day a week as a peer supporter at the same trauma clinic that helped me, and I’m learning so much by holding space for others. My long-term vision is to build a practice — and a program — that helps people move forward gently, at their own pace, in a way that feels grounded and real.
I believe healing is possible — not through perfection, but through honesty, compassion, and small steps. This work is not about fixing what is "broken" — it's about returning to what was always whole underneath.
My Approach
My journey—with hindsight and wisdom—has been one of learning how to live fully, with self-trust and embodied presence. And what I’ve learned is: there are no shortcuts.
But there are tools.
There are practices that help regulate the nervous system, quiet the noise, and reconnect us to our deeper clarity and calm.
Hypnosis is one of those tools.
It isn’t a cure in itself, but a powerful catalyst—a vehicle for delivering new ideas, activating felt experiences, and creating space for change.

"Hypnosis itself cures nothing. What has the potential to be therapeutic are the new associations the person makes during the experience."
In my work, hypnosis creates the conditions for healing—but the transformation comes from within you: from the new understandings, responses, and ways of being that emerge when you feel safe, seen, and supported.
